Bulgaria will provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine for overcoming the consequences of the blowing up of Nova Kakhovka dam, the Council of Ministers press service has announced.
The aid, amounting to around 35,000 Leva (almost EUR 18,000), includes bottled mineral and spring water, packaging materials etc. The cabinet’s decision comes in response to a request for help by the Ukrainian government to the EU to activate the Civil Protection Mechanism.
