Increased river levels pose risk for floods, Environment Ministry warns

Bulgaria's Ministry of Environment and Water has warned that an increase in river levels is expected today and tomorrow, BTA reported. 

Due to the expected heavy rains in the country, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology has issued a warning of the first degree for intense rains and thunderstorms in seven districts of the central and eastern regions of Northern Bulgaria. 
There will also be conditions for hail.
