Interior Minister Kalin Stoyanov on his part was adamant that deaths on the road, caused by driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or even as a result of exceeding the speed limit, should be categorized as homicide.
Meanwhile, hundreds of people got together in front of the Interior Ministry building in Sofia to demand more rigorous control on the road, and a solution to the problem of drivers under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
