On September 16, for the second year in a row, the residents of the town of Ruse on the Danube will be able to participate in the chocolate festival - Garash Cake Festival.

The guests of the event will have the opportunity to personally experience the emotion and be transported into the atmosphere of the time of  Austro-Hungarian Kosta Garash - the creator of the recipe of the pastry of the same name. Contests, competitions, culinary workshops and demonstrations will be held for children and adults.
The Garash Cake Festival coincides with the performances of sports clubs from several European countries within the framework of the "Sports for Green Deal" project, realized under the Erasmus+ Sport program. In this regard, the event will gather even more visitors and will become a double celebration for the town.

The Municipality of Ruse wants the Garash Cake Festival to be established as an annual and thematic event for the region.
