The future of renewable energy sources in Bulgaria in focus of national conference

A national energy conference entitled "RES and energy security: advantages versus risks", organized by the Bulgarian Energy and Mining Forum, will be held today in Sofia. The purpose of the conference is to hold an open professional discussion about the status and problems in the construction and connection to the network of renewable energy sources.

 The current state of renewable energy sources and their place in the national energy balance, new energy policies, technologies and projects and the possibilities for changes in the regulatory framework will be discussed.
