The voyage to Antarctica and the stay of the ship in the area of the Bulgarian Antarctic base will last about five months - from the beginning of November this year until the beginning of April 2024, announced the commander of St.St. Cyril and Methodius ship, Captain Nikolay Danailov. He called on Bulgarian scientists to have bolder projects, because thanks to the scientific research ship, Bulgaria is no longer just an "island country" on Antarctica.
