The ban on political campaigning and any form of disclosure of poll results is in force from today until the end of polling day on Sunday.

Local authorities can ban the sale of alcohol in their communities.

Polling day on 29 October will start at 7.00 a.m. and end at 8.00 p.m. If there are queues at some polling stations, the Central Election Commission may extend voting hours until 9.00 p.m.
