Acting Prosecutor-General Borislav Sarafov, Interior Ministry Secretary-General Zhivko Kotsev and National Revenue Agency (NRA) Director Rumen Spetsov have outlined measures to reduce the number of serious road accidents caused by repeat offenders.

One of the measures is for the Prosecutor's Office, the Interior Ministry and the NRA to check the source of funds of owners of luxury cars, for which there are indications that they were bought as a result of "unregulated activity".
