The Varna Rail Ferry Complex must become a key hub for equipment and cargo to Ukraine - this will be one of the aims of its reconstruction, the Ministry of Transport said.
"The ferry complex is the only transport facility in the EU that allows transport by broad-gauge wagons, such as those used in Ukraine, without overloading.
