In 2023, Bulgaria's tennis star Grigor Dimitrov started the season at number 28 in the world, and finished 14th in the ATP rankings. ‎

Grigor managed to reach two finals - at the ATP 250 clay tournament in Geneva and at the Masters 1000 tournament in Paris indoors. ‎

The year brought him not only points for the world ranking, but also a serious profit from prize funds, bTV notes. In the Eurosport ranking, the victory of the best Bulgarian tennis player over Daniil Medvedev at the tournament of the Masters series ranked the prestigious sixth place among the ten best matches for 2023.‎

For almost 15 years now, the good form of the Bulgarian tennis star has been taken care of by coach Sebastien Durand, one of the most famous specialists in physical training in France, writes 24 Chasa daily. According to the Frenchman, Grigor can always do more, and his results in the past season showed that the strategy in training is correct.
