The leaders of "We Continue the Change" political party announced that they have signed a contract with a lobbying firm in the USA. Their admission comes after media reports about the contract. According to a message from the party's press center, the contract with "one of the most authoritative lobbying firms in the USA" was concluded at the end of last year, and the purpose of this cooperation is to present the positive sides of Bulgaria to the political elite of the USA.

It is emphasized that the contract was concluded transparently in compliance with all legal frameworks in Bulgaria and the USA, BNR reporter Maria Fileva reported.

According to a Facebook post by Bird, the contract is with the American lobbying company M&M and is worth $100,000. It was signed by party co-chairman and finance minister Assen Vassilev in the second half of December 2023 and is valid until the end of February, unless both parties decide to extend it.
