Weather forecast for 13 January

Winter sun and freezing temperatures to last until Saturday

On Saturday, minimum temperatures will be between minus 7 and minus 2°C, with Sofia at minus 7°C. The day will start off sunny, but towards midday there will be low clouds or fog in the plains and valleys. There will be moderate to strong winds from the northwest in the Danube plain.  Maximum temperatures will be between minus 1°C and 4°C, with 0°C in the capital.

Sunny weather is on the forecast for the Black Sea coast, with low clouds and reduced visibility until midday. Air temperatures will be between 2° and 3°C. Water temperature will be 6-9°C. The swell will be 2-3. 

It will be mostly sunny, but windy over the mountains. There will be strong northwesterly winds in exposed areas. Temperatures will be minus 4°C at 1,200 m, and minus 9°C at 2,000 m. 

Sunday will be sunny. Maximum temperatures will be between 3 and 8°C, minimum - between minus 7 and minus 2°C.
