The Anti-Corruption Fund has asked acting Prosecutor General Borislav Sarafov, the Anti-Corruption Commission and the State Agency for National Security (SANS) to question MRF leader Delyan Peevski over Peevski's allegations of unregulated activities in the Presidency.

Delyan Peevski demanded Rumen Radev's resignation after the head of state challenged the proposals for constitutional judges from the parliamentary quota. The MP also described the Presidency as a "dark institution, enriched by the exploitation of state resources".
"In a state governed by the rule of law, anything said by a lawmaker and leader of a parliamentary group is sufficient reason to take measures to clarify these allegations, starting with questioning him," the NGO said in an open letter. It also stresses that under the Code of Criminal Procedure, public officials have a duty to inform the authorities if there is evidence of wrongdoing, not just to make statements to the media.
