The Ministry of Internal Affairs has received signals against the Presidency, Interior Ministry Secretary-General Zhivko Kotsev said in Shumen, without specifying the nature of the signals.

Earlier, the head of state's secretary for legal affairs, Krum Zarkov, told BNR that only the presidency stood between the leader of the GERB parliamentary group, Delyan Peevski, sanctioned under the Magnitsky list, and a full seizure of power.

"The war with the president continues" - with these words, Vice President Iliana Iotova commented on Peevski's statement that the presidency was a "dark institution full of cash".

The BSP presented a list of corruption complaints it had filed against Rumen Radev's offices. The first complaint filed by the left-wing party dates from December 2022, and the last from January this year.
