36 paintings by Petya Ilieva are on display in the marble lobby of the National Assembly. The exhibition, entitled Colour and Energy, transports viewers to different parts of the world with the happy emotions of the talented Bulgarian artist.

And even though Petya Ilieva is better known as an artist who presents Bulgaria to the world with different folklore motifs, but also with her initiatives for bringing nations closer together, today, as spring approaches, she highlights the life-giving energy of colours and art in her original rendition of the awakening of nature and human creations in harmony with nature.
