The meeting was also attended by Bulgarian Ambassador to Egypt Deyan Katrachev and the five ministers who are part of the Bulgarian delegation. According to the Bulgarian Embassy in Egypt, some 150-200 Bulgarian nationals live in that country.
During her official visit to Egypt Mariya Gabriel met with Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly and Egypt’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Sameh Shoukry. The first meeting of the Joint Cooperation Commission between the two countries also took place.
