Artist Doncho Donchev is to represent Bulgaria at the world exhibition of art from recycled materials in the capital of Qatar Doha. The event opens on 18 February and will be on until the end of the month. Doncho Donchev will present 10 works, in the making of which he has used mostly egg cartons. One of them is a self-portrait made of paper.

The reason why he has chosen paper – the material he uses most often – is that the works made of paper are not particularly durable, yet they can be very impactful and memorable.
