Bulgaria expects new tourists from Hungary

Bulgaria has been invited as an exclusive guest at the international tourism exhibition TRAVEL+ in Budapest, which presents the latest and most interesting tourism offers. Bulgaria presents itself as a safe and tranquil destination with long-standing traditions of quality and hospitality in tourism, combining beautiful and diverse nature, cultural heritage, quality at a reasonable price, delicious food and excellent wines.

From February 22 to 25, five companies, the municipalities of Samokov, Petrich, Bansko and Varna, as well as the Regional History Museum - Shumen will participate in the Bulgarian pavilion which spans 100 square meters. In 2023, the number of Hungarian tourists in Bulgaria increased with 35% as compared to 2022, said the Ministry of Tourism.
