On the occasion of disagreements over the governance memorandum proposed by PP-DB and the refusal of GERB-SDS to sign it, Prime Minister Nikolai Denkov pointed out that "it is normal for the parties to sit down at the negotiating table after the first clash", the press center of the Council of Ministers reported.

Before the meeting of the ministers, Denkov pointed out that people expect the negotiators to find the right solutions with reasonable arguments so that the reforms can move forward and the common goals can be achieved. According to Denkov, the government has been working for nearly nine months and has achieved results. "In an extremely complex political structure, we have shown that we can conduct dialogue. We have shown that we can make decisions in favor of the people," Denkov pointed out.
