Stephan Komandarev starts shooting his new film "Made in EU"

Director Stephan Komandarev has started shooting his new film - "Made in EU", as the first filming location is Dimitrovgrad. "For the next few weeks, we will be completely immersed in the story," Komandarev said. He works once again with Katya Trichkova as a producer. The film is based on a script by Simeon Ventsislavov, while Veselin Hristov is the cameraman. Filming is expected to continue until the beginning of May as other locations include Haskovo, Madan and Rudozem.

Made in EU tells the story of a seamstress in a small town and her son during the pandemic. Producers of the Bulgarian-German-Czech production are "Argo Film", 42film and Negativ with the support of the Bulgarian National Film Center, "MDM - Mitteldeutsche Medienförderung" and the Czech Film Fund.
