The 20th edition of the World Education Fair opens in Sofia on 23 March with the participation of 70 higher and secondary education institutions and summer language programme centres from 17 countries, the organizers from the education consultant Integral have announced.

The forum will take place at Hotel Hilton in Sofia, with accompanying events on 24 March in Plovdiv (at Hotel Double Tree By Hilton), in Burgas on 25 March (at Hotel Bulgaria), and in Varna on 26 March (at Graffit Gallery Hotel). The organizers say there is heightened interest in studying at universities abroad, citing registrations this year as compared to last year. A comparison between the two spring editions of the World Education Fair shows there is a 60% increase in the number of registrations for the upcoming forum: for Sofia – 55%, for Plovdiv – 74%, for Burgas – 80% and for Varna – 54%.
