The rotation will most likely take place and Bulgaria will have a government, despite all obstacles and desagreements. New elections would not lead to anything different in parliament and the participants in the negotiations are aware of this, political scientist Professor Milena Stefanova, lecturer at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", political scientist Professor Rosen Stoyanov, lecturer at New Bulgarian University and sociologist Yuli Pavlov from the Center for Analysis and Marketing said for BNR.

According to them, the silence from the political headquarters is indicative. ''However, it is not clear who the participants in the negotiations are. Perhaps there is a desire to reach an agreement, but in order to do so, politicians must accept the two most important things - Mariya Gabriel /GERB/ to be Prime Minister and Assen Vassilev /PP/ to be Finance Minister, said Professor Stefanova. Except for the personal appointments, the partners in the assemblage have no fundamental differences, Milena Stefanova further said.
