''I am ready for a dialogue with the president at any time, as I have done so far'', said caretaker Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev regarding the proposed changes in the composition of the caretaker cabinet. He declined to comment on President Rumen Radev's insistence that there should not be a deputy party leader in the proposed cabinet lineup.
