''If you make a mistake when voting with a paper ballot, you can request another one'', Kamelia Neykova, Chairperson of the Central Election Commission, said for BNT. ''If a voter is only entitled to participate in the parliamentary elections, he can vote only with a paper ballot, said Tsvetelina Peneva, Chair of the Central Election Commission's Public Council. She explained this by stating that the machine allows voting for both types of elections.

''Political parties do not have any codes for the voting machines'', said Kamelia Neykova. "All keys, passwords and information assets related to machine voting are kept at the Central Election Commission'', Kamelia Neykova explained.
