Pupils learn sustainability in the "Forest Classroom"

The national campaign "Forest Classroom" will be launched today in the village of Zheleznitsa, Sofia region, by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Miroslav Marinov. 

The initiative of the Executive Forests Agency will take place on the territory of more than 20 state forest holdings across the country. 

The foresters will present the forest as a classroom where pupils and students will be introduced to sustainable forest management. Several practical sessions are planned.
