Weather forecast for Bulgaria for June 1

On Saturday, the weather will be mostly sunny. In the afternoon, there may be cumulonimbus and cumulus clouds and in some places, especially in the north-west of the country, there will be brief thundershowers. A light to moderate wind will blow from the south-west, bringing more warm air into the country. Maximum temperatures will be between 28°C and 33°C, with Sofia at 28°C.

In the mountains it will be sunny before noon. Later on, clouds will form and in the western parts of the country there will be short spells of rain with thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds will blow from west-southwest. The maximum temperature will be around 22°C at 1,200 m and around 14°C at 2,000 m.

Along the Black Sea coast it will be mostly sunny, with cumulus clouds in the afternoon, but no precipitation is expected. Light to moderate winds will blow from the south-west. Maximum temperatures will range from 24°C in the northern parts to 31°C on the southern Black Sea coast, and 18°-20°C at sea level. The sea swell will be 2-3.
