The first Black Sea International Literary Festival kicks off in Burgas

Burgas is hosting the first Black Sea International Literary Festival. From today until 9 June there will be readings and professional meetings with the participation of over 50 writers, translators, publishers, literary agents from Turkey, Georgia, Ukraine, Romania and Bulgaria

The festival will feature some of the most interesting authors of each of the five literatures, winners of national and international awards.

The City of Poets will also welcome experts and representatives of national institutions dedicated to literary diplomacy. 

A partnership with FARA, the festival for the creative industry organized by the Bulgarian Association of Communication Agencies, will also be launched.
