Expect summer temperatures this weekend

Saturday will be sunny. In the afternoon, there will be temporary clouds over the mountains in western Bulgaria, with rain in some areas. Lows will be between 15 and 20°C, with 16°C in Sofia. Highs will be in the 30-35°C range, reaching 30°C in the capital.

Sunny skies are expected along the Black Sea coast, accompanied by a light north-easterly breeze. Air temperatures will be 25-28°C. The sea temperature will be 23-24°C with a swell of 1-2.

It will be sunny over the mountains until midday, followed by clouds and showers over the western massifs. Maximum temperatures will reach 24°C at 1,200 metres and 16°C at 2,000 metres.

On Sunday and Monday the weather will follow the same pattern, but temperatures will rise.
