Raya Nazaryan was elected President of the 50th National Assembly of Bulgaria. 131 MPs voted “for” her nomination, 66 “against, and 39 abstained.

Earlier, GERB leader Boyko Borissov stated that his party would not drop the nomination of Raya Nazaryan for President of the National Assembly.
