If the third term went to ITN, the party would negotiate for a cabinet with all parliamentary forces. Toshko Yordanov, chairman of the parliamentary group of ITN and vice-chairman of the party, has told BNR.

Commenting on the situation in the country, he said that the focus must on practicality, not ideology. "The Green Deal is a harmful ideology in the economy," Yordanov said and pointed out that the ban on internal combustion engines is about to be lifted. According to him, a group of European politicians /EPP/ can talk what they want, "but when reality hits them over the head and people become poorer and more nervous because this is happening in the EU, as these are visible stupid political mistakes, practicality is then sought. This cannot last forever," he commented. Yordanov expressed the opinion that the war in Ukraine was not the pressing problem that Bulgaria faces and specified: "I think that we have much more serious problems than the war in Ukraine. There is also a war in Gaza. It is the same problem for Bulgaria. When it comes to the economy is to some extent even worse because the transport corridors of all the goods that reach the EU pass through there".
