Former National Assembly speaker Rosen Zhelyazkov will probably receive tomorrow the first cabinet- forming mandate from President Rumen Radev, GERB-SDS MP Luben Dilov assumed in an interview for BNR. He added that he was referring to "statements" by GERB leader Boyko Borissov, but clarified that "the situation is changing very quickly and there may be something else". According to Luben Dilov, a minority government is an intelligent solution to the parliamentary crisis.

We Continue the Change – Democratic Bulgaria Deputy Chairperson Nadezhda Yordanova stated that the coalition will not support a cabinet formed with either the first or the second mandate. According to her, GERB-SDS has no formula for governance. “GERB broke a working governance formula that supported a majority, which was carrying out the necessary reforms at a good pace until the beginning of January”, MP Nadezhda Yordanova said for BNR.
