Humanitarian aid provided by Bulgaria to the civilian population of Gaza was loaded in trucks that departed for the region on June 29, the Bulgarian Embassy in Jordan announced on Facebook. The shipment includes food, medicine, tents and other essential goods. They will be delivered to people in need thanks to the support of the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO).

Ambassador Metin Kazak expressed his most sincere thanks for the assistance and coordination provided by the charity organization. He expressed confidence that Bulgaria and Jordan would continue to cooperate in the humanitarian sphere and added that he expected the war in Gaza to end soon and a long-lasting truce to be established.
