The Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) will not participate in talks with the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS) for the second cabinet-forming mandate, the party's press centre said. The position of BSP is addressed to the chairman of the parliamentary group of DPS, Delyan Peevski, regarding the support sought for the formation of a cabinet with the second mandate.

''The procedure provides time to discuss priorities for the development of Bulgaria and the improvement of the lives of Bulgarian citizens. The BSP parliamentary group believes that this is the way to overcome the political crisis and stabilize the country", BSP said further.
