Most political forces in parliament commented on what is happening in the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS) as internal problems of DPS. According to the chairman of the GERB-SDS parliamentary group, Boyko Borissov, the fact that there is a problem within this party provides a great opportunity for GERB’s structures to develop better, especially in mixed regions where the struggle for dominance is only between GERB and DPS. ''The worse the other parties are, the better for us", commented the leader of GERB.

For his part, Delyan Peevski commented that he "is not splitting the party" and added that it will soon become clear what actions he will take. "Everything that is happening is not in the interest of the people", Peevski pointed out. "I will say one thing: A new beginning. You will understand me", said Delyan Peevski.

We Continue the Change co-chairman Kiril Petkov pointed out that this is not just an individual battle but the slow an obvious decomposition of the Peevksi model.

For his part, the chairman of the parliamentary group of BSP, Borislav Gutsanov, emphasized that what is happening in DPS "has a huge impact on the entire political life in the country."

Vazrazhdane leader Kostadin Kostadinov predicted that if Delyan Peevski is removed from the position of chairman of DPS, there will be serious consequences for him.

As for There is Such a People party (ITN), they are already looking into the potential handing of the second cabinet-forming mandate to We Continue the Change- Democratic Bulgaria (PP-DB), but they expressed doubts about the unified position of the coalition.
