Caretaker Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev stated that he will accept a proposal to be caretaker PM again if President Rumen Radev assigns him this position.

“I would accept being caretaker prime minister, but I would replace the foreign minister,” Dimitar Glavchev said. In the current caretaker cabinet Glavchev doubles up as minister of foreign affairs. Dimitar Glavchev added he would accept being caretaker PM again because his team “is doing a good job” and organized the latest fair election for parliament on June 9.

President Rumen Radev has once again set in motion the constitutional procedure for appointing a caretaker government and the preparations for early elections for parliament. Rumen Radev has a list of officials he can choose a caretaker PM from.
