Iliana Iotova opens the school year at St. St. Cyril and Methodius Bulgarian school in Barcelona

Bulgarian Vice President Iliana Iotova has opened the new school year at the Bulgarian Sunday School "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" in Barcelona. She congratulated the students for their diligence in attending classes on weekends after a full week at a Spanish school.

"Being a teacher is a mission. The mission of the teachers in Bulgarian schools abroad is even greater and it is for people who love their Motherland", said Iliana Iotova in her welcome.
The Vice President assured those present at the celebration that Bulgaria supported the preservation of the Bulgarian identity among our compatriots abroad.

More than 120 students study in the Bulgarian Sunday school in Barcelona.
