September 11 is the last day on which parties and coalitions can submit their documents to the Central Election Commission (CEC) to participate in the early parliamentary elections on October 27. The deadline expires at 5.00 pm today. By the end of this deadline, CEC is expected to make a decision on the application of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms for participation in the elections, as well as on the application for the registration of the coalition ''BSP-United Left".

The Central Election Commission will take a decision after the Civil Registration and Administrative Services verifies the petition. September 21 is the deadline by which the Supreme Court can require CEC to register a party or coalition that has been denied registration. Then it will become clear how many parties and coalitions will participate in the elections.

So far, 24 parties and 8 coalitions have submitted documents for participation in the elections.
