GERB leader Boyko Borissov has called for the resignation of North Macedonian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Nikoloski because of his insults towards Bulgaria: "We will do everything necessary for the European People's Party to know what they said and why we have a firm decision on this issue," Borissov said.

The chairman of the parliamentary group of the BSP Borislav Gutsanov also demanded the resignation of North Macedonian Deputy Prime Minister Nikoloski.

According to Lena Borislavova of "We Continue the Change", Skopje diverts its people from the European path for internal political reasons.

The leader of "Vazrazhdane" Kostadin Kostadinov said that once again the rulers in Skopje showed that they had only one complex and it is "B-complex, or the complex about Bulgaria". He showed a photo from an unofficial meeting of North Macedonian Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski with his Croatian counterpart Andrej Plenković, in which the North Macedonian flag was also absent but there were no attacks and insults in Skopje against Croatia.
