Armoured vehicle plant opens in Burgas

International Armoured Group's (IAG) first Bulgarian armoured vehicle plant will be officially opened in Burgas on 1 October. The 150,000 square metre facility will produce NATO-standard Bulgarian defence equipment, various types of armoured vehicles, as well as drones for rescue, reconnaissance and emergency response teams, military evacuation cranes and patrol vehicles. The new plant will also produce the Bulgarian RILA 8x8 infantry fighting vehicle.

IAG supplies armoured vehicles to government organisations, including the UN, NATO, the Bundeswehr and others.
