What is the noise level of an airplane engine or a hand drill, a normal conversation, the movement of a car at a speed of 60 km/h, in a disco, at a rock concert and which values are dangerous for people's health and the animals?

The answers to these and many other questions are given by scientists from the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences in the work "Procedural approach in education", intended for secondary school teachers, which will be presented today in Sofia.

"The monograph includes specific lessons on topics related to a healthy lifestyle in an urban environment, sensory perception and identity, media and civic education, interpersonal relationships, social environment and mental health. The procedural approach of English philosopher and mathematician Alfred Whitehead was used for their preparation of the book," Associate Professor Silvia Borisova said.
