The most sought-after professions will be builders, tailors, cooks, operational accountants, construction technicians. Among the people with higher education, teachers, nurses, doctors, mechanical engineers and pharmacists are most needed. The biggest need for personnel is in the industry. 59,219 companies will hire new staff over the next 12 months, the survey found. Compared to a year earlier, the number increased by 3,919 companies or by 7.1%. 18% of future jobs are in Sofia, 11.1% in Varna and 8.9% in Plovdiv.
