By 11:40 a.m., the Central Election Commission had received 11 reports of violations in voting for a new parliament - among them campaigning on television, a recorded vote and a student who was not allowed to vote.

Also submitted were 35 decisions of regional election commissions suspending machine voting. The most cases are in Haskovo, Blagoevgrad and Plovdiv region. The reasons given for not being able to use the devices are unprinted ballots, non-working touch screens, software problems, smartcard not being read, lack of electricity.

The Central Election Commission has also received reports by phone that some sectional election committees do not put two stamps on the back of the paper ballots or one on those from the machine voting, which makes them invalid. On this occasion, the spokesperson of CEC Rositsa Mateva reminded all election commissions to strictly follow the methodological instructions.
