Nearly 30 people who had to fly to London with a low-cost airline were not allowed to board the plane at Sofia Airport. The flight was in the early afternoon. ''We checked in, went to the runway and waited. The crew started to board some passengers. Then they said that a crew member had suddenly fallen ill and couldn't take all the passengers, and about thirty people were not allowed to board the plane. The plane took off and we were left here at the airport waiting for some decision from Ryanair. We have been waiting for about two hours for an explanation from a supervisor, but for now, we are just waiting'', one of the passengers told BNR.
