The representatives of the European Commission, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the European Investment Bank have expressed support for this technical solution and readiness to assist in the preparation and conduct of the tender procedure. Which of the countries will conduct the public procurement for the contractor of the tunnel facility will be decided in subsequent talks with potential financing institutions.
