There Is such a People (ITN) has collected 67 signatures and are submitting a complaint to the Constitutional Court for the partial annulment of the election for parliament on 27 October 2024.

At a press conference in the National Assembly building, the chairman of the ITN parliamentary group in the 50th National Assembly Toshko Yordanov stated that the signatures belong to MPs from the 50th parliament from We Continue the Change/Democratic Bulgaria (PP/DB), as well as MPs from the Alliance for Rights and Freedoms affiliated with Ahmed Dogan, as well as some of the MPs from the parliamentary group of Velichie which fell apart. In the words of ITN lawyer Alexander Rashev, elected MP in the 51st National Assembly, the demand for annulment of the election affects 52 polling stations in the country. The principal violations, evidence of which has been submitted to the Court of Cassation are – entering more votes in the tally sheets of the section election commissions, transferring votes from one party to another and absence of video surveillance.
