The oldest MP, There Is Such a People's Silvi Kirilov, opened the inaugural sitting of the 51st National Assembly.

''Many dividing lines have been drawn in Bulgarian society. This is a problem which needs to be addressed by the National Assembly and this cannot be done without a thorough dialogue. The other solution is going to new early elections, but this cannot happen without restoring the trust of Bulgarian citizens in them", said Silvi Kirilov before the oath-taking of the newly elected 240 MPs.
