Birshen Ibryamova has submitted an application to the Sofia City Court for retaining the rights to the name Alliance for Rights and Freedoms (APS), the court has confirmed.
The application has been rejected with the motive that Ibryamova does not represent the registered coalition Alliance for Rights and Freedoms , nor is she authorized for this by the people who do represent the Alliance, public service TV BNT reports.
