Vazrazhdane party is beginning negotiations on the formation of a government without the participation of GERB, the Movement for Rights and Freedoms-New Beginning (DPS) and Alliance for Rights and Freedoms (APS).
The party, with leader Kistadin Kostadinov, has invited the remaining four political formations represented in parliament for talks on Wednesday in the National Assembly building.
