Heavy goods vehicles formed a fifteen-kilometer-long queue on the Maritsa Motorway before the Kapitan Andreevo border crossing in the direction of Türkiye. The line of trucks has already reached the junction to Svilengrad, reported BTA. The traffic congestion is caused by the temporary halt in the processing of freight vehicles at the Lesovo and Kapitan Andreevo border checkpoints due to the introduction of a new transit information system NCTS-P5 by Türkiye.
