Museum of the Jewish People in Tel Aviv marks 130th anniversary of the birth of Dimitar Peshev

The Museum of the Jewish People in Tel Aviv, Israel, today commemorates the 130th anniversary of the birth of Dimitar Peshev, a righteous man of the nations of the world, deputy chairman of the 25th National Assembly of Bulgaria, the Bulgarian diplomatic mission in Israel said on its Facebook page. 

The program includes a screening of a documentary dedicated to the life and work of Dimitar Peshev, followed by a panel discussion with the participation of Assoc. Angel Dzhonev, director of the Dimitar Peshev house museum in the town of Kyustendil, Dr. Angel Chorapchiev, Yad Vashem; Ruth Cohen-Dar, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel.
